1. Return Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and Unworn: Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging
- No Signs of Wear: No signs of use, stains, tears, or alterations
- Original Receipt: Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Non-Sale Items: Sale items and final clearance items are not eligible for return
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Personalized or customized items
- Undergarments and intimate apparel (hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Items returned after the 30-day period
- Perfumes and cosmetics (once opened)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@fashionboutique.com or call +92 300 1234567 within 30 days of delivery
- Step 2: Provide your order number and the reason for return
- Step 3: Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) via email
- Step 4: Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Step 5: Attach the return shipping label (if provided) or ship to the return address
- Step 6: Obtain a tracking number for your return shipment
- Step 7: We will process your return within 7-10 business days of receipt
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Free Returns: Returns for defective items or items shipped in error will be shipped at no cost to you
- Customer-Paid Returns: For size exchanges or preference changes, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Return Label: We may provide a prepaid return label at a discounted rate, which will be deducted from your refund
- International Returns: International return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
5. Refund Options
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you may choose from the following refund options:
- Original Payment Method: Refund to your original payment method (credit/debit card, JazzCash, Easypaisa)
- Store Credit: Receive store credit for future purchases (bonus: get an extra 5% added to your store credit)
- Exchange: Exchange for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability)
Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Follow the return process outlined above
- Specify that you would like an exchange
- Provide the size or color you prefer
- If the desired item is available, we will ship it to you once we receive your return
- If the item is not available, you may opt for a refund or store credit
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund at your choice
- No return shipping costs will be charged for damaged/defective items
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or payment provider for any pending transactions
- Contact your credit card company, as processing may take additional time

9. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items and items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing sale items.
